we fully expect you to make mistakes. In fact, we encourage it. Only by screwing up can we hope to improve. So screw up early and often. But just as important, learn from your mistakes. And don’t make the same mistake twice. THAT is inexcusable. (Unless you’re talking about catching a river on fire six times?! THAT is incredible.)
